刘诗雯第三座女乒世界杯

The 2019 ITTF Women's World Cup took place in Chengdu from October 18 to 20, concluding with Liu Shiwen capturing her third world cup title after defeating Zhu Yuling 4–2 in the final at the Sichuan Gymnasium.

Liu Shiwen’s victory marked her first world cup crown since 2015 and secured her place as the most decorated player in the tournament’s history with three titles—joining Zhang Yining (2002, 2004, 2005) and Wang Nan (1997, 1998, 2003) in that elite group.

The event featured 20 players from 18 nations, including defending champion Ding Ning—who withdrew before the tournament—and top seeds such as Mima Ito and Feng Tianwei; all matches were played under ITTF official rules with live broadcast coverage across 120 countries via the ITTF’s digital platform.

This edition was the 23rd staging of the ITTF Women’s World Cup and served as the final major individual table tennis championship before the Tokyo 2020 Olympic qualification cycle concluded.
